In the event of a dispute over a cancellation, it must be reported to the Disciplinary Chairperson within 24 hours of the incident. A review board is formed consisting of the Disciplinary Chairperson and two impartial members of the Lower Mainland Softball Committee. If upheld the $50 Performance Bond cheque (already submitted) will be cashed for the first incident, the $100 cheque for the second incident and the $150 cheque for the third incident. The offended Association in question will receive the funds (less a $5.00 administration fee on cashed cheques).
